Baukom strengthens sales for solar substructures

Baukom sets new trends in the photovoltaic industry – with new sales power and a clear focus.

Baukom Bauprodukte GmbH is systematically expanding its sustainable product portfolio by entering the solar substructure business segment. In order to successfully drive forward the strategic expansion of the new ENSTALL division, the company is strengthening its sales team with an experienced key account manager: Bjørn Völlmecke.

„Growing together – Together to expand the solar substructure on the market” – this is the motto under which Baukom aims to score points in the growing solar market with new solutions and a focused sales strategy.

With over 15 years of experience in international sales of technical products, Bjørn Völlmecke is taking over the development and management of the key account business in the new ESEC Solar Substructures division. Völlmecke was most recently responsible for the development and implementation of sales strategies at the Dutch company Libra Energy b.v. and has extensive expertise in the development of new market segments.

The new sales orientation in the Solar division is aimed at closer integration with specialist dealers and the Baukom Group. The focus is on customer proximity, technical advice and flexible project solutions.

Völlmecke: “The aim is to be a reliable partner for the specialist building materials trade and the building trade with customized offers for solar substructures.”

Baukom CEO Stefan Endlweber welcomes the move as an important milestone:
